The hotel is in the gut center of Legaspi City and stone's throw away from malls. There's a 7/11 outlet downstairs.

Rooms are spacious. They allowed me to check-in at 6am for additional price.

Don't be deceived by the outside look of the building. The rooms were apparently recently renovated.

Conveniently located

We arrived on the overnight bus from Manila with no booking and choose here for our base for a few days. 
They found us a room which was really good value for money for a fan room. 

It's located down by the harbour and very close to the LCC/Ayala mall.

The room's are functional and very quiet at night. 
The staff are all rest friendly and helpful. 

There's so much to explore locally for Mount Mayon, Lignon Hill and various other ruins such as Cagsawa and Daraga.

All are really easy to get to buy jeepney and the drivers willl show you where to get off. 

Really good value room and a great place to stay in town.


Excellent base to explore Legazpi

This is a budget-friendly hotel with really nice, newly renovated rooms in the heart of Legazpi City.  It’s close to everything you need: a convenience store, restaurants, the mall (for food or other necessities), banks, laundry shop, etc..  And if you don’t feel like eating outside, there’s a restaurant at the hotel open for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, which is even more convenient.  The hotel is also close enough to Sleeping Lion / Kapuntukan Hill and the Embarcadero, where you can take a stroll or enjoy food & drinks by the water.  For a view of Mayon Volcano, you can take a quick 5min walk towards Ayala Mall and you can see the majestic volcano from the street.

Budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Legazpi

Stayed here for 2 nights to do a tour to mayon volcano and was a good place to stay. Location is perfect next to the shopping mall and room was spacious and clean! Took an aircon room and think it was a good choice as when i first entered the room without aircon switched on it was extremely hot. Couldn't make it for breakfast both days so can't say anything about it. Staff was nice & friendly so i would stay there again if i ever go back to legazpi.

Good place to stay in Legazpi

I like the room that i occupied for 2 nights. The sheets were clean and they readiy changed the towel upon request. Plus the room had a hot and cold shower. The wifi was great. My accommodation came with breakfast already. I love the tinapa and spanish sardines.

affordable and clean

We've chosen the Deluxe room since it's the only available room. The room has 2 beds but it accomodate 3-4 persons (in our case, we are three so we asked for an additional bed). It's expensive because they lack services. When We asked for a room cleaning, they said we don’t have to because we are only gonna check out in the morning. The room also lacks proper door locks as it only have 1 doorknob. There's no whole in the door where you can see who's knocking before opening the door. They also need more security. The complimentary breakfast is delicious but it's not enough. 

I can only recommend this hotel for solo travellers who are not really staying long inside the hotel, but rather exploring the city and doing outdoor adventures. 

Deluxe room is quite expensive

They deserved to have -1 rate. Too pricey, no remote control for television (though we already complained it to the front desk, they said that they don't have cable so the television is useless and it seems that they can't do anything with our concerns), no wifi connection, no landline to call immediately the front desk if needed. Such a terrible stay with this hotel. 

THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT. 

HOPE IT GETS TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT.
