I found the hotel in Google Maps. I was coming to Davao to visit with some friends I hadn't seen for almost 7 years and I wanted a place to stay near the venue of her daughter's birthday party, which was in Matina Town Square. The hotel itself is alright, clean, has hot water and has a private parking lot so cars are safe for the night. There were just some things out of place.. 1. Like the sign out front (along the main road) couldn't be seen because it wasn't lighted and it was small. 2. And the guard was asleep (😴). 3. And when I called to make a reservation the day before, the girl had assured me I would get the half rate for the first night because I was arriving at 2am by bus from Cagayan de Oro City. But when I paid my bill, I was charged full just the same.
