Friendly staff that where I always stay when I visit warri. Good food ,cool environment.good security.24hour power supply.and the price are friendly.when visit warri that where  i always stay.and thier swimming pool is so clean  and well treated

Was my first time in Warri and my expectations were a bit high, but with all the disappointment i got from the town, the only thing that i miss is Peemos place hotel. All through my stay i called it Peemos Palace..cus of the reception, the smiles, the food, the security, the view of the pool at night and i'll never forget the gym instructor who drilled me..lol. Peemos isnt just a hotel, its a holiday experience.

A nice place, safe with a cozy environment. A nice place to relax after a hectic day. Responsive and friendly workers that welcome you with a smile and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and maintained well by the house keepers

Nice place

Hotel has no shower in the room. You take a bath with a bucket and a bowl. Hotel staff was not very nice if you asked for anything extra. If you want 2 towels you have to call over and over. The gate staff was very nice. The bar played very loud music on Friday and Saturday nights so forget sleeping in a quiet room. They told us we would get breakfast daily and each day they tried to charge us. We spoke with the manager and he fixed it but within 2 days they were asking for money again. It is maybe a 2 star hotel.

Way back in 2010 I stayed in this hotel and their services was very poor. Forward to 2017, I thought there would have been improvements but sadly I am very wrong. Aside the reception other services are poor. Everyone is lethargic, service is slow. The rooms are also poor. Duvet covers are old and torn, remote controls work epileptic, ACs are not good. Lightening in the rooms are poor. Toilet space is cramped and the hot water shower works intermittently. The only good things about the hotel are the kitchen and swimming pool. The chef is verrrrry good as their meals are superb. Swimming pool is clean........maybe cause I didn't enter it so I am guessing from the view. I advise all to use their discretion when in warri. There are other better and more affordable hotels.

The pictures are deceiving not close to what you see online, maintenance is zero.

Worst of all hotels

Oh please!!!. Only the reception area is beautiful. this hotel doesn't have all the finesse it appears to have online. immediately i climbed the stairs, a very very disturbing smell  welcomed me which i was told was air fresheners. As i proceeded, the smell became that of a public toilet. the WiFi is very slow so it can be considered useless. the bathroom is horrible!!!!!!. The toilet and bath had stains all over, obviously as a result of poor maintenance, i refused to use the toilet except when it was absolutely necessary. Now, the rooms are very stuffy and cheap air freshener paraded the atmosphere making me nauseous and short of breath. For an asthmatic patient, this could be suicidal. Only one socket worked in the room. And their drinks are twice the price of other hotels. if not that it was already paid for, i would have left immediately. There is also this annoying background music that plays from the speaker on the ceiling.
