If you do the full Queen Charlotte Track you should consider to take a break and stay an ekstra day in Anakiwa Lodge. Hosts are super friendly. You can buy a nice "Ready to bake" pizza. There is a spa for free, dvd movies you can watch, CDs you can listen to, kayaks you can borrow and the boat will bring your bags right to the door. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.
