Sunrise Inn

Lovely comfortable room, immaculately clean with shared kitchen facilities. Very helpful and welcoming owners. Situated on main bus route for the city centre and close to the university. Airport bus route from the university. Easy to find by car and parking off road. 

I spent less than 24 hours, but felt very good here. The location is very close to Intercity's stop, to Countdown, and to a range of Asian restaurants. 

Although my rate wasn't included with a meal, Ella showed me packages of instant soup, oatmeal, biscuits, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, all which I could help myself with in the kitchen.

I admire the garden in front of this inn. So beautiful and colorful. With a book and a cup of coffee, sitting here, I might loose track of time.

Facilities in the room, kitchen, bathroom were adequate. Oh yeah, I loved the fragrant hair and body gel in the shower booth.

There's also a spacious place to park your car.

WiFi was running perfect.

Rented a double room ensuite for 2 nights. It's located at a housing area near the town, with a foursquare supermarket within walking distance. It's also a short drive away to most of the town attractions. The room is spacious, with facilities like heater, microwave, kettle, hairdryer and kitchen utensils. Free wifi is also available. The bathroom is again super spacious with it's own heater. They are also kind enough to prepare shampoo and body bath for us. 

The owner Ila is a very friendly lady who stays right next door. You can ring her anytime you need any assistance. Our flight was delayed and we reached around 12 midnight during heavy rain, and she is there to hand us the key when we gave her a call. You can do your check in the next morning if you arrived late. Remember to E mail her though if you arrive after reception hours. She is nice enough to collect the room key from us again the next morning as we checked out before reception opens.

The only downside is the inn doesn't have a big sign saying "Sunrise Inn". So it can be difficult to find at night based solely on address and house number unless you have a GPS or waze, we turned a few rounds before we managed to get to the right location. You are allowed to park at the roadside right outside the inn as parking is limited in that area.

Close to restaurant.
Reception lady was nice.

bad:
parking space limited.
room was bit small.
right next to main road so bit noisy but not too bad when door closed.

One of the friendliest accomodation owner we ever had..

Excellent for the money

I found this B & B online and booked it because the reviews were consistent. This a family run operation. No real complaints just a few pointers. Ella the owner sends you a confirmation email shortly after you make the reservation, (regardless if 3rd party booking) asking time of arrival and provides you with additional info in you are arriving late. It is on a busy road on the outskirt of town, parking is at the back. Noise level died down after rush hour and was normal for a city overnight. The room was fine, however I thought the towels in my room should have been demoted for other use. They seemed to have a grey tinge to them. If you wanted Breakfast the next morning it was Continental for an additional 12$. House rules were posted in the room, in addition to being told by Ella upon arrival, seemed different. Great wifi!
