The hosts at Belfry Villa look after the facilities and rooms extremely well. All the modern conveniences. A very warm, comfortable and tidy space for a peaceful visit away from the hustle and bustle or a great base to engage in all that the Wairarapa has to offer.

Welcoming, warm, peaceful!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms.  Beautifully decorated.  Easy walking distance to the town centre.  All in gorgeous and peaceful setting.  Very friendly and helpful host.  Would definitely stay again!

Hidden delight!

We thoroughly recommend this accommodation, it was outstanding.  The hosts exceptional and all facilities fabulous, we couldn't ask for more!  It is close to town with cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, golf course and a short drive to other Wairarapa towns.

A stunning building and surrounding garden.
Greeted warmly by our ‘host’, the neighbour (as the owners were away), given a tour of the facilities. Made to feel very welcome.
Loved both our room and the communal area where we enjoyed playing pool and meeting 2 of the other guests.
Breakfast the next morning outside on the sun drenched verandah was a lovely way to end our stay. I am more than happy to recommend Belfry Villas to anyone looking for a quality B&B in the Wairarapa.

Stunning renovation. Beautiful rooms lovely grounds and delightful hosts. 
Room had everything we needed and breakfast was a bonus which we enjoyed in the main dining area. 
A tranquil place to relax and unwind which was much needed. 

Peace and Quiet 

We came with family, including a couple of older kids (who loved the pool table and double headed shower!) This historic property is just stunning and Buela couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. Belfry Villa will be our pick next time we're in the Wairarapa.
