What a lovely place to stay. The location is great for business on the south side of Apeldoorn and to get out into the countryside in the evening.

The staff could not be more helpful, friendly and welcoming.

The garden is an oasis of tranquillity and being set back from the road the hotel is very peaceful.

I dined in the restaurant every evening and had a first class meal every time - the food is top quality and incredible value for money.

I would like to return one day for pleasure and will happily pay my own money to stay at this cosy hotel.

Superb

Rooms at this hotel are rather dated but comfortable, clean and warm.  It was great to be able to fully open the window to let fresh air in. 
It would be nice to have a mirror over the dressing table and a hairdryer - these can be obtained from reception.  There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.  
The hotel rooms are extremely quiet as the hotel is set back from the road and overlook very pleasant gardens.  We were on the ground floor and noticed the second floor rooms have a balcony which would be lovely in warm weather. 
We thought the breakfast and dinner menu to be rather overpriced and there did not seem to be many eating in the restaurant in the evenings.  Beekbergen does offer other options a short distance away.  However there is a very pleasant and comfortable bar in the hotel with seating around a central fire.  
All the staff were extremely courteous, helpful and also versatile - they manned reception and the bar and also waited on table!
All in all if we visited Beekbergen again we would stay here.

Comfortable, quiet and clean

I know this hotel for many years, is a lovely place, few rooms with an essential furniture,  but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is good and rich, with salty and sweet and the waiters are polite:
into the hotel, there is also a good restaurant.
If you are in the area I recommend you try it out.

Clean and confortable

I liked this place a lot.  It's a very hands-on approach from the owner, a very personable and friendly guy.  A Hotel like this is very much a labour of love and it's working very well for him here.  
If you prefer nameless, sterile, chain Hotels, this probably isn't going to be your thing, but if you believe that Hotels should be about hospitality, then you'll be in very good hands here.  Rooms are basic enough, but everything is clean, proper and organised.  Breakfast is well thought out and laid out with lots of choice.  I would return without hesitation, this place is deserving of an excellent reputation.

Really good friendly and personal Hotel.  Very genuine.

Quite simple hotel in the cute village of Beekbergen. 
Rooms were simple and a little dated but had everything you need (had a "comfort" room): bed, desk, storage, bathroom, chairs, tv etc. My room was on the ground floor and it was nice and quiet. 

Restaurant was nice and they had quite a selection, including vegetarian options. They even saw to that a vegan in the group got a cooked meal, even though they did not have vegan options on the menu. 

Breakfast was extra on top of the room cost and included various breads, cold cuts, cereal, yoghurt, scrambled egg and cooked meats. 

Service was overall great, very sweet staff that did their outermost to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
