We arrived in Bhaktapur on the day of the Nepalese new year. The town was busy and obviously the staff a little bit sleepy ;-) . We had a room but without being able to lock it because it had no keys at all (apparently some other guests took it home with them). The room was ok, simple, but clean and we had hot shower. It was noisy at night because of the dogs, so avoid the rooms at the corners. Most of the time, there was no staff at the reception, but for the price, we were very happy with our stay.
