Our host met us just minutes after our arrival, showed us to the apartment, secured us a private parking space just up the road (€7 for 24 hours), and gave us some helpful information about the area.

The room was comfortable and clean, had its own private balcony (which would've once been overlooking the sea before another huge apartment block got built in front of it - but that's par for the course outside old town Budva), and a downstairs terrace for socialising.

The location was fantastic - literally 2-3 minutes walk from the old town, and even less to shops, bars and restaurants.  That said, it was quiet at night so we didn't have any problems sleeping.  Wifi worked well in the apartment, too.

If you want to be close to the old town and also you want to pay less, you can prefer this apartment. In my opinion in Budva, the accommodation must be close to the old town of Budva. So that, you can be at the beach in the mornings and you can enjoy the nights by walking at Old Town.
The owner of the apartment is very polite. But the rooms are small and cleaning is not very well.

Perfect location!

PAY ATTENTION: For them (and for booking, too), monolocale (studio) means a small room and not a small apartment. The rooms are very small and bathroom is a little square, the shower is wide just for children!! The room was not clean enough. We had a queen bed but they gave two pair of sheets for one-single bed. Towels were rough. In five days, we had the cleaning once! Never again!!!
