The people were awesome the place was so pretty the food was good all great would love go back

Wonderful friendly staff.  Excellent food.  Just outside of town.   If you don’t have a car they can give you a ride in and out of  town. Very quiet.

Comfortable, clean, hot water, A/C, TV, wifi all worked, not always a given in Mexico, Gustavo our tour guide was great, speaks fairly good English

The facility is beautiful, clean, and the staff was very pleasant. The food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious. There were a few issues which kept it from being an amazing property. 1. The curtains on the windows are handmade. They are very charming, but do not block out light and definitely don’t fully cover the windows for privacy.2. The pool lights are very, very bright. Like obnoxiously so. Because the curtains don’t really work, two couples in our group said it was like trying to sleep in a discoteca.3. In two of the rooms, there was a speaker just outside the doors. The music was too loud and kept going well into the night. We had an early morning getting on the train, so that kind of sucked.The last thing of note isn’t really a criticism. We knew it when we booked it, but it might be helpful for other travelers: The property is a little outside of the town center. It’s walkable, but it’s maybe a 10 to 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants and it’s in an area without much lighting at night. If you are traveling on El Chepe, you will probably want to arrange car transport to and from the station.

A few issues kept it from being amazing.

We were a group of 7 from 84 to 45 years of age range. We got 3 rooms and the stay was just what we needed. They provided a shuttle to pick us up from the train El Chepe. And we got a tour from them as well as a ride to the airport. Excellent guides and the breakfast that was included was delicious!

Great family stay

No hot water in the sink.   Took 10 minutes in the shower for water to run before hot water came out.   Not good.

This hotel is an absolute delight! I was celebrating my father's 73rd birthday and this hotel made it all even more special.

The staff at this Hotel are exceptional all you need to do is ask and they will accommodate you. The food is excellent the hotel is very clean and well taken care of. The best way I can describe it is a diamond in the rough will definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Creel.
