What was good

Close to everything in Cancun. Excellent spring break hotel with lots of entertainment, concerts and fun. Food wasn't terrible for an all inclusive.

What was bad

Service. I didn't have hot water in my shower for days after repeatedly asking for it to be fixed. Also it took 24 hours to fix a toilet that didn't work. Again repeated requests. Filled out a complaint, and they never got back to me about that either. Room was a little tired. Balcony tub had no hot water.
