To prevent the spread of COVID-19, guests are required to strictly abide by rules and regulations imposed by the Malaysian government when booking and staying in hotels. Guests staying for leisure purposes are required to contact the hotel before making a booking. All guests (including children) are required to present the relevant documents upon arrival at the hotel. If you are traveling for business, please present the documents required by the Malaysian Government, such as your company letter, MITI Letter, and travel permit issued by the police (PKP or PKPD letter). If you are traveling for vaccination, please present your vaccination appointment and travel permit issued by the police (PKP or PKPD letter) upon check-in. Check-in may be denied at the hotel if you do not comply with the above requirements. Any denial of entry or stay at the hotel will be handled according to hotel management and any refunds shall be subject to their respective policy and guidelines.2021-09-07 - 2021-09-30
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
