This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests are required to be fully vaccinated with 2 dose and updated in MySejahtera cert. Property have the right for no refund for customers who are not fully vaccinated. Customer are request to fill in our form in our website. Our latest check in time is 10pm, if you need late check in, please inform the property early. After 10pm without inform, we have the right to ignore message. Penalty for loss of access card - RM 150. Durian and mangosteen are not allowed in the property. Guest are required to adhere to rules and regulation of the condo and facilities, such as proper attire for swimming pool & gym.
