Location is good, walkable to tram, very spacious, feel like home, cooking option is available with vessels. One negative point is there is no lift.

The apartment was spacious. The balcony could be cleaner.

Having booked this without reading reviews, then reading all the terrible reviews, I was scared! I think it rather expensive, considering. Maybe having such low expectations is making me rate it higher! Luckily we were only on the second floor (the lift/elevator is STILL broken). The area itself is grand, there's shops & eating places nearby, & only 10 minutes walk to the main train station. The bus stop to the airport is only 2 minutes away. There's a swimming pool right beside it too but we didn't try it cos my boyfriend doesn't have Speedos and they're compulsory! The lock on the door is dodgy & difficult. Getting in in the first place was difficult too (and I was dying for a pee!) though they did then send the codes when I messaged, but trying to even figure out which keypad did what was confusing.The bed's comfortable and the bedding's nice but there's no headboard. There's no soap in the kitchen, toilet, OR shower- all bottles are empty. I tried to dilute one with water but I didn't know the bottle was cracked, I ended up putting water on the floor. The towels are good. The blinds/shutters are really dirty as all the other reviews said, but they're outside in the balcony so that didn't bother us so much. They do work and make it dark much to my relief. The balcony's good. We were there Mon & Tue nights so it was quiet enough though the building makes weird humming noises and the broken lift a high pitched noise all the time. Didn't try oven. No TV. No forks. Okay

Elevator not working. Garage door not working. Window blinds not working. The place has not been well cleaned in a while.

We never got confirmation until reaching out day of check in. The elevator was not working. Faucet handle was falling off. Tv had no stations and no chrome cast available or streaming available.

The apartment itself is very nice.  Just like it looks in the pictures.  It's very well connected with public transportation also.  What disgusted us was the cleanliness.  The apartment that was assigned to us was smelling horribly and was not cleaned since the last guests left at all.  Even the toilets were not flushed.  It took us one hour to get it changed.  This is ironic as they charge extra for an early check-in.  Even though the newer apartment was cleaner, it still was not the cleanest apartment.

When we arrived, the primary door was broken.  When we were given the instructions to enter the flat, the combo for the immediate door was cut out in the instructions. Had to call smart flats to get the combo but what was more troubling was that it appeared that the staff we called was not aware of the status of the property on site.Upon entering the facility, we were surprised that the elevator did not work (no signage indicating it was out of service) so we had to carry all of our luggage up to our flat on the 5th floor via the stairs.Once we settled in we were able to connect to the WiFi which was great. . . for about an hour before that went out and it never came back on throughout our stay.  The shower in the bathroom had a broken bracket for the shower head and the drains for the shower and the sinks were slow.  In one of the sinks we investigated we pulled a lot of hair out.While the flat was furnished with plates and glasses, there was no silverware to be found.  We had to go buy silverware in order to be able to eat our food properly.While the flat is perfectly located, it is a bit of a gamble when you book there as there is no manager on site.  Overall, I’d recommend spending a little more money and booking at a proper hotel than this place.

A whole lot of show . . . No Functionality

The intermediate door does not open with given code called the call center which was not any help she promised to send me an email nothing received The flat is in the airport route you hear planes landing till 2400 and from 0600TV not showing any channels internet is okThe kitchen is very good but the overall cleanliness isn’t good Bed is older but ok I don’t recommend this flat by the way it’s raining and a poor old homeless person is staying between the entry and intermediate door as both are not working properly It’s a pity for Luxembourg

Avoid this flat if you seek calm

Pros:Location is perfect. The beds were comfortable.Cons:The elevator was broken. Our flat was in the sixth floor, so with the broken floor and 3 children our stay was horrible.
