It's a complex of building; the large one is sort of a hotel, and there are several summer houses nearby. The place was very green and close to the sea, only three minutes of slow walk. We booked one of summer houses, it was quite cheap (less then 30 eur per night) but I had to pay part of it by Western Union in advance, it was for the first time when an owner requested such money transfer. We arrived late (10pm) but the owners waited for us and were very polite and helpful. I couldn't dream about better location; it was a bit away from the centre of the town (~2km) so it wasn't noisy at all and we had no unwanted guests or loud music or whatever. Be prepared that there's only a small local "shop" selling ice-cream and all that stuff for tourists so if you wish to buy something for dinner you better walk that distance to the town (Rimi, Iki supermarkets) or order food from the owner (we didn't try it). Toilets, showers and a kitchen (well equipped) were a dozen metres away from our house. We had one key to lock the door, two beds, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a TV set and some shelves inside - basic but nice and clean. Wi-Fi signal was not superstrong but workable. Spent 3 nights there. Great place. Worth recommending to all travelers who wish to have a relatively cheap accommodation in a quiet place very close to the sea.
