28 reviewsWe spent two days at this hotel, a family with friends and kids during a snow storm, the facility is cozy by all means. Neat, clean and tidy. The GF rooms are a bit narrow, while the upper floor rooms are more spacious and with balconies that have a breathtaking view. The whole hotel is warm, the water is always hot, with kids we found this a great plus. The service is excellent, friendly people and very helpful. We drove for two minutes to reach the ski slopes from the hotel, the receptionist helped us with the contact details of a ski school too. The restaurant serves lebanese breakfast with a great ambience. Shisha is available too for shisha lovers, you can order one or take yours and use it. The whole experience was pleasant, and this hotel made it easier for us as parents, and more fun for friends night out.
