we stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, we used it as a base to travel around Lebanon. I picked the Hamra area because it is known to be bustling with life, shops, restaurants, bars. It is a little rough around the edges but the hotel is a modern building efficently run with spacious rooms and great shower, TV and some rooms have kitchenette and a separate mini living room. what was good: shower, spacious room, quiet room, big bed, fridge and very clean not so great: bed too soft ( i have a back problem) the hotel althou very well run is charmless, sad lobby, no bar, no restaurant. Staff is helpful but really serious Wi-fi average, you could not work from there. I would recommend if u are staying few days and u do not mind it is just a place to sleep!
