51 reviewsI first booked this hotel to stay during my trip in Vientiane and decided to cancel it one month before We go there. While we were in Cambodia, the hotel charged me for first night stay. So I waited patiently and when we arrived in Vientiane, we visit this hotel to voice our complaint. The reception was a bit blurry and unaware of the situation. But I have prove of the free cancellation. So I stick with it and keep calm. After 10mins discussion with the manager, they realized that it is a free cancellation and refund was given in less than a minute. Very helpful receptionist and manager. :) I might not have a chance to stay here but the way you handle this cancellation is just excellent. Thank You.
