Really enjoyed our stay here. It was my second time in Luang Prabang and last time I really wished I'd got a place on the river so this time we did! Guesthouse is very pretty, though amenities are basic. Staff made us endless cups of tea. Very relaxed atmosphere, as you'd expect from such a gorgeous town!

Nice place, great location, warm welcome

My family and I stayed here for a few days in August, and had a good stay. The guesthouse is well situated to explore Luang Prabang and the building is very well kepy with nice decor and lovely rooms. The guesthouse is a good price and includes breakfast which was nice. There is not much of an atmosphere unfortunately and we did not really see anyone else who stayed there, but this was only downside really of what was a perfectly nice and well kept guesthouse.

A perfectly nice guesthouse

Good hotel, good service, convenient location. It was easy and quick to walk to visit attractions in central Lang Prabang. It was near the Khan river where you can walk on the river's bank. There was a nice BBQ local shop on the river bank, which was great!

Quiet and nice house

Stayed here for a few nights in a cheap and fairly comfortable 4-bed dorm. The free breakfast is pretty good and filling, with various types of omelette/pancake/egg options. Was okay when we first arrived, but soon turned into a pretty young gap-yah crowd. Annoying rule that you can’t wear shoes inside, I wouldn’t mind if the floors were clean. But when the common room is covered with various types of sticky jam and peanut butter in the day, and alcohol at night, this is not cool. And in the public bathrooms? Not a chance once the young chunder monkeys arrived, bless them.

Why do the staff here have to be so miserable!? The Belgian guy working here was cool, but everyone else OH MY GOD. It guess it became a source of amusement in the end. 

Cheap and not-so cheerful

Fellow travellers did not care about sleeping people and were very noisy and the construction of the house allows to hear every word from other rooms. Breakfast is the same every day - we wished to have some different choices.Location is nice and very good.
