I love to stay here ! Simple but they make me feel i am staying ag home . Room í ok for me in any factors. I like my room with window and good bed ! This is hotel i often stay when i am in vang vieng ! I will be back !!!!!!!!!!

So good

Santi Villa was a comfortable villa with very clean rooms and well appointed for the cost of the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had very good hot water. 
The owner is very friendly and happy to help you organise transport etc to local attractions.
There are a number or restaurants , ATMs 
, money changers and convenience shops near by. Very central and recommend it for all travellers.

Only issue for us was no safety deposit boxes in room and no room make up each day.

Simple but Clean and Comfortable

We stayed for four nights. The location is good, close to different restaurants, bars, shops and tour operators. The room was very big and clean. During our stay we did not get fresh towels, could have asked but it wasn't needed. The owners were nice and spoke English. 

Good size room at good location

Walking in off the street, we were told a price 1/3 of the online price.  The room is great except for the strange toilet noises.  The WiFi is very touchy and will not work most of the time.  Free hot water and tea is available on the bottom floor (sometimes instant coffee).

Best so far

The fan did not work, there was no hot water, and the toilet kept gurgeling up water so that when we sat down on it we could (and often would) have toilet water splash back up on our private parts. Very nasty. We did not find out about the fan and the cold water before going to bed, so we let them know the next day. The owner refused to give us any discount, and after I paid him the full amount he told us to F off.. We also heard from another couple staying there that 300 dollars went missing from their room while they were out. Stay away from this place.
