I believe that technically, our tour itinerary had this listed as a home stay, but in reality, it was more like a guesthouse. There are several rooms that share two bathrooms. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and the accommodations were clean. The bathrooms were quite nice, considering that they were shared. Breakfast is provided but one can also order other meals, which were tasty. The guesthouse is a bit of a walk from the center of town, but it is manageable.
