We stayed in this hotel for two nights to visit Petra . 
The booking was done by our travel agency on our behalf.
Must admit that this is a beautiful hotel located in a stunning location and I believe has a 4* rating.
The room we stayed was very nice and comfortable.
There are Two different restaurants for evening dinner and morning breakfast.the food was very nice with ample choice and the restaurant staffs were very nice too. The restaurant manager Mr Abdullah Salameen was very attentive and managed our expeditions very well. 
They have free access to Wi-Fi but the speed is not very good.
One  thing we were very disappointed that the big TV provided in the room was absolutely useless.  In the evening we wanted to relax and wanted to watch something, but nothing worked.
A maintenance guy tried to fix for over an hour to tune channels but nothing worked.
For a TV that didn’t work and slow  Wi-Fi speed I have assigned a four star.


Very Good Hotel in Petra

All perfect, It may be a bit far from the city, but it's not a problem. Great service and very good food.
Very complete breakfasts and dinners, with typical Jordanian food.
Comfortable and large room, with comfortable beds.

I have stayed for 1 night with HB

1. the pool was dirty
2. AC start working after 1 hour of complaint
3. Food is very low quality with less varieties, even in dinner basic need of water not available and unfortunately thay are charging for it, very high price...

Hotel is OK, services are not good , but staff is co-operative

Good hotel for family. 
They have a large room with triple bed. The room is clean and confortable.
The view from the room is absolute beatifull. 
We have a family dinner and the food was good. Many option to choose. But when the breakfast the option was bit limited. Maybe because we from asia. 
The staff was polite and nice. 
Thank you everyone even we just stay for one night.

Good hotel for stay

Fantastic staff and a lovely hotel. Really nice spacious rooms and stunning views. We were late arriving because of woeful Tourist Israel but they had kept dinner for us and although we made them late they were lovely. We had a room with a balcony which was huge and the view was breathtaking

We would stay again

The place is decent. You need a cab ride all the way from Petra because it’s a bit far from the site. Dinner is okay.  The view from the room is nice. 

But what really irritated me at this hotel is that the restaurant has a Panoramic view. Despite approximately the entire hall in the area being empty we were told that we couldn’t sit there because it’s reserved. 

The panoramic area remained empty both during and until we left 40 mins into the breakfast.

The whole purpose of booking this hotel is to benefit from the panoramic  view and to just “reserve” all the table next to it for non existent guests doesn’t make sense.

Didn’t have much a of alcohol selection either. They didn’t have gin which I thought was a pretty basic addition to a bar. 

They really need to relook at this random policy. I’ve added before and after photos of the breakfast room. 

Nice but their refusal to allow guests to sit at empty tables which have a panoramic view doesn’t make sense

The Hotel is professional and business like, taking care of luggage at the beginning and end of our tour. The room was clean and elegant with a beautiful little balcony from which to enjoy the sweeping panorama- stunning! The restaurant was well set up to cater for large crowds. The menu offered a wide selection of choice and even for people like us with food allergies it was easy to find something to eat. At breakfast we could even have your own omelette made, if you are prepared to wait a little.

Petra Panorama Hotel is a convenient place to stay during my stay frequently in Jordan 
Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, buffet dinner and breakfast are rich, and there is a lot of variety 
Amazing sunset view 
Friendly staff and polite and helpful 
Absolutely Recommend

Excellent service and high hospitality standards , efficient staff and clean rooms 
Wi-Fi is all over the Hotel rooms and outlets 
Dinner buffet is satisfying every palate with different nationalities, Entertainment daily at the Nabateans Bar is splendid , and will never forget the views of Petra mountains and the magnificent sunset from anywhere at the Hotel , recommended to anyone 

It was really the most comfortable visit to petra , thanks to all petra panorama staff for the amazing hospitality:) the rooms were very clean and the views is more than beautiful, all the mountains are cleared and our night was fabulous.
