27 reviewsThe ryokan is very good, they came to the station to pick us up for the ryokan. Bessho onsen is closed to Nagano but middle of where. Hence the ryokan is in quiet place. The room was really big for us. The meals were delicious a little bit too much but delicious. The service was very good and helpful for tips and recommendations in the area. The ryokan onsen is good but the water not enough hot i would say. the famous onsen in the town are very closed to the ryokan less than 10 minutes walking distance. the wifi was not really good. The ryokan is a nice and big. There is a shuttle service at the station to drop customers in their respective hotels and there is the proper ryokan shuttle service when you arrive late at the station. .
