Overall, this location was amazing. Within a 5-10 minute walk from the main Sapporo station. We arrived first day in the rain and it was easy enough to find. They assist you with check in at a machine that prints out a key (colour coded for male vs female so that you can use the shared 'bath' on the property). Though we never used the shared bath, the parking was easy enough to get to (on the side of the building - not the front), the lounge had a microwave, water and coffee/tea. Property was clean, albeit room felt a bit small but on par with most hotel rooms in Japan.Though I am not a huge fan of carpets on the floor, it seemed clean overall? We always had the slippers provided so that we were not walking around with bare feet. Staff were friendly and the location was perfect. Would go back for convinience.
