This is a wonderful Ryokan in the middle pricerange. The owners are extremely helpful and nice but unforunately don't speak english at all. Neither are any signs or menues bilingual. They have a beautiful zen garden and spacious tatami rooms. All in all a very pretty spot and definately worth visiting. Ono as a town is relatively pretty as well, especially the old town part.
