I stayed with my son in a twin Grand premier room on the 43 floor. Room was lovely, great size, lots of fantastic amenities, separate toilet. Cleaned daily, great view. The highlight of our stay was the grand premier lounge. This was bliss to visit either for breakfast or for high tea or evening for snacks & alcohol. Food was excellent quality as were the soft & alcoholic drinks. Staff in the lounge were superb. I also visited the Sky Plaza Ibasho lounge which was beautiful, had great areas for children & fantastic cocktails. Entrance & evening alcohol, snacks & soft drinks was free to premier grand customers. The views from here were stunning. The only drawback of this hotel was the gym was tiny for a hotel this size. The location of the hotel was great, above a train station , 5 mins walk to main Shinjuka station, the airport limousine bus stopped directly outside. 10 minutes walk to centre of Shinjuka. This hotel was a splurge for our first visit to Japan and our first few nights. It was my bliss in Tokyo & I loved the area.
