Stayed for 2 nights. Good location. 2 mins walk from platform especially if you use the back access. You only cross the st from East Gate. Rooms are clean. Bit old but fully functional. Check out at 11 not 12. They gave me 1 hr for free yet usually you have to pay for it 1000yen. Breakfast is basic.
