58 reviewsI love everything about Antico Mercato and I'm so glad I booked here for a 2-night stay. Alessandro got it touch previously with all information needed for self-check in (which was very easy). I arrived early but was able to drop my luggage and come back later. The location is awesome. I walked from the train station to Antico Mercato (20 min walk, felt it was easy with a carry-on). Just a few steps from Rialto bridge, which was also VERY convenient to take the vaporetto for the airport when I left. The place itself is lovely. It's an old house, but feels very renewed and cozy. Decoration is lovely, room is spacious, every corner was clean. Breakfast was amazing. I couldn't finish it! Plenty of options in a fridge at the kitchen and there's more inside the room! Sparkling water available at the kitchen, which was great for me. Wi-fi was not always working properly (specially when trying to watch something on TV) but no big deal, you're out most of the day anyway. Alessandro provided a map and wonderful tips for places to visit during my stay and totally made a difference during my trip. Would love to go back.
