20 reviewsAn outstanding B&B that ticks every box. My mum stayed there for five fabulous days (we stayed with friends round the corner at the same time so can vouch for authenticity). Fausto looked after her so well. It is just like having your own self contained apartment with its own little outdoor space. Everything you need to use a a base for Venice is catered for. It is handy for both bus and train into Venice and beyond. Fausto is a perfect host and would be able to give you tips on the best way to get around. Really can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Fausto and Anna.

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
