We come to this hotel every year as a family. The village Prissian is lovely and serves as a good basis for hiking tours throughout Upper Adige if you have a car. The rooms are very clean and cozy and offer a wonderful view of the mountains and the nearby Fahlburg. The hotel is a family business and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Outstanding however, is the food. For breakfast they prepare different breads, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, etc. The evening menus are divine, and include local specialties as well. Be prepared to gain some weight during your stay!
