We made our reservation far in advance and were told they no longer had parking available due to the lot being sold. This was a minor issue because there was parking only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is beautiful and the owners are so warm and welcoming. They make you feel at home in their hotel as if it were an intimate B&B. We especially enjoyed meeting their dogs and their parrots. (The gray one was talking to my wife for quite a while.) Our room could not have been nicer. It had a small balcony overlooking the lake and promenade. Do keep in mind though that there isn't air conditioning in the rooms. We had a fan in the room that helped circulate the air and it was fine for us.
