Initially I was worried about the reviews people left but we decided to stay here during our visit in Rome despite of the negative comments. We were greeted by Andrea the housekeeper whom gave us advice with transport and locations to visit while in Rome. We stayed in number 8, nicely furnished little flat with upstairs bedroom. Room was clean. Toilet was also clean, only down side was the shower as this did not have a good water pressure but did not bother me or my partner. For the money you pay for you really can't complain. The location was close to tram station which takes you directly to the colosseum and the Vatican. There's also a 24/7 super market and local restaurants around the area nearby which was cheap and where locals go to. Overall we had a good experience.
