For the price we paid (which was extremely reasonable), we got a safe and impeccably clean room to sleep in, located right near the Ionian Sea. We (3 adults) stayed for 1 night before we had to fly home.Lucia contacted me, via WhatsApp to arrange the time I was arriving and she was there to meet us, as soon as we drive in. There are outer gates to get into the parking. If she is not there to let you in, there is a call button. I accidentally drove to Hotel Nettuna, which was my fault, as I put that in my map for directions. The front desk staff was great to help me get to Nettuna B&B. Even with a bit of a language barrier, Lucia explained all of the features of the room, using body language and sound effects. We understood perfectly. She also provided recommendations on where to eat nearby (and we could continue to connect with her through WhatsApp).The hot afternoon brought her back to our room to offer us a frozen Cornetto. What a nice and sweet gesture!!It was very reasonably priced in an old city, which came with parking. The apartment building was old, but new inside and very safe. The friendliness and availability of Lucia, along with the cleanliness of the room, are the reasons why I have rated this place so high.
