I had the pleasure to spend a week in this lodge to find it was like a home away from home. The staff was very friendly and the ambiance refreshing. The hotel is built on an nicely renovated old barn with wonderful views surrounded by a rustic setting and lush rolling hills. The hotel also offers outdoor activities supported by a friendly staff and a restaurant that offers an excellent choice of wild game such as wild boar, deer, roe deer, hare etc. The main courses are the highlight of this restaurant with an excellent selection of wines, sweet drinks and local foods. Don't forget to try their Crema Catalana among their varied choices of desserts and make sure to ask for their Mirtellini (olallieberry liquor with fruits inside) . I Highly recommend this as a choice when visiting the area. Enjoy your stay!
