We spent one night here in mid April which is early in the season for this part of Italy. I rooms Lo Spongente is a small family run hotel that is modern in every way, extrememly clean, and very easy to find as it is located on the main road going north towards Ascea....on the left (ocean side). Grazia the owner speaks little English but has a family membe she calls as needed. She also arranged and drove us to a private dinner at her brothers resturante in Ascea which was fabulous and ended with being presented an anniversay cake. I choose this hotel after looking at the pictures which preent an adquate viewing, free parking, wifi, and on the main road. yes, I would defintiely stay here again if touring sourthern Italy.
