We stayed here because this is the hotel picked by our tour operator.  Room was clean, water pressure was great.  Walking distance to the Church of the Anunciation which is great.  Food at breakfast was great too as there were a lot of choices.  The only negative thing I can say that I wasn’t fond of is the unfriendly staff.  It felt like they didn’t want to be there. I understand that it could probably because of the volume of people that made the place  chaotic at times, but there was this one male dining attendant named Zaher whose action I found really offensive.  I was trying to make myself coffee in this coffee machine I’ve been using for the 2 last couple of days we were there, when he suddenly swatted my hand and asked me what do you want? I said I was getting coffee and proceeded to press the appropriate button again when he swatted my hand a second time. I dont know why he had to do that. It was just humiliating to an elderly like me who’s been using these coffee machines at home, at work and in all my travels to be treated like I was an idiot. 

Ok except for rude dining attendant

The welcome at the reception desk, the professionalism of the staff, the clean room  and the clean corridor , the verity of the breakfast - indicate that next time in the North, we'll surely stay at Mary's Well Nazareth

WHEN VISITING NAZARETH, STAY AT MARY'S WELL NAZARETH

Received a call from the Reception (Mr. Ahmad) while in the room after dinner enquiring about if I lost any item. Only then realised realised my missing wallet. It was found by a staff MrAzim who sent it to the Reception. Mr. Azim refused any any form of reward. I can thank him via Trip Advisor. I cannot thank him enough….Insyallah 

HONESTY

The hotel is in busy Nazareth, Israel
The staff were friendly and helpful. 
The dining area was very crowded with lots of tour groups, and all the places seemed to be reserved.  There was no adequate place for individuals and couples.  It seems like they cater mostly for tour groups.


Great place in the midst of Nazareth

Mary’s Well Hotel was a business visit with a group of Spanish pilgrims for a stay of four nights, from which we explored the surroundings and the region. The staff very friendly and the food was above average. Rooms were clean and well kept and maintained. A good experience

The hotel offers modest accommodation conditions. Agglomeration at the elevator. The air conditioning does not work, at least during heating. Modest rooms, acceptable cleanliness. Hotel used by pilgrims. Acceptable buffet breakfast, acceptable dinner.

A Little bit noisy during the morning because the were groups from many countries, but ok.
The location is central and near shops.

This hotel was ok.  Close to many local shops (within walking distance)  NO washcloths.  Breakfast was incredible. A huge variety of food was offered. Tight parking spots but happy that they were available.

So-so

After stating at a basic hotel at Bethlehem for our Pilgrimage, this was a welcome change. The hotel caters for large groups and lo behold if your check in is at the same time as a group. The process was smooth though. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, they agreed to print off my flight ticket.

One thing that stands out about this hotel is the food. There is such a wide tasty variety and it truly caters for everyone. 

The rooms were of a reasonable size with enough space to store luggage and still manouvre around. There is a shower and a tub. The water is of a reasonable temperature. There are adequate towels and are replaced everyday.

There us a kettle provided and the Aircon is easy to use and very efficient though it is a bit noisy.

There are a  few things that need to change though. There is no power socket by the bed to charge mobiles phone overnight, forcing one to use the only socket by the foot of the bed.

The rooms are cleaned everyday. The staff however threw away my dead sea mud and I was devastated. Surely they have worked here long enough to know what this is.

Lifts can be a nightmare sure to large groups so people should consider using the stairs if they have no luggage.

There is a bar next to the restaurant for those who want to chill after a long day if walking. Also, there is an ice cream parlor next door! Across the street is a variety of shops including pharmacies.

Good Central Hotel

The hotel was quite welcoming on arrival. The refreshing drink offered makes for a good impression. We were given room 125, which is on the opposite side of the lifts. 

Although we requested a double bed, we were provided with for beds (in pairs) simulating two double beds. Each bed had its own sheets, so one cannot even say that they were a double bed.
The noise level in the room was to much for comfort. There was a continuous noise of water going through pipes. This went on even through the night. The air-condition in the room added so much noise that it rendered itself useless.
There was only one power socket in the room and the way it was situated meant that even using the provided kettle, it had to be placed on the floor.
The WiFi was fast but intermittent. Although it was ok for browsing, it was not good for other types of communications.
The food provided was very good, both during breakfast and dinner. The choice was great and the food tasty.
However, the spaces between tables was too narrow and one had to bother others in order to be able to pass.
My overall verdict for this hotel would be a five out of ten. There's plenty of improvement that can be done.
