Ita is adorable and a very attentive hostess. Our room was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. It all looked to be recently renovated. I disagree with some of the previous reviews that complained about it being too out of the way and difficult to find and cold. It's nice and close to Blarney Castle, and there are some great pubs nearby (she recommended Blairs Inn, which was fantastic). If you use Google Maps, you'll find it with no problem and there are a couple signs to help you. We were cozy in our room and slept great under nice thick blankets that seemed new. We had an electric blanket but did not need it. The parking is a little tricky as the driveway is steep but anyone with basic driving skills can do it no problem. Breakfast was great too. We highly recommend this B&B and would stay again.
