+ Lovely and laid-back hosts that we enjoyed to talk with. Breakfast was delicious e.g. with fruits, mushrooms and puddings. Room was spacious and bathroom as well. Very peaceful environment. Location was a bit far away from the village, but still only 10 mins by car so that wasn't a problem. Great place!!!

- It was a bit distracting to drive through a gate that said "Private residents only" or something similar, but just drive through! :)

Wonderful b&b

This is a small irish B and B with very friendly and accomodating hosts.  There are two spacious bedrooms each with a bathroom and comfy beds.  One with a stunning view of the galway bay golf resort and galway bay.  Excellent location if you plan to golf at galway bay!  Wonderful traditional Irish breakfast and great conversation with the hosts who clearly love having guests in their home.  The location is quiet and in a residential area.  A car would be needed and you're about 15 minutes to galway city central and about 5 minutes to the village of Oranmore where you can find lovely food and pubs.  A great nearby park and walking trails.  I had a few problems with booking.com (not the host's fault ) and Clare was so lovely and helpful in making everything work out. She even answered my email inquiry quite late at night which set my mind at ease to deal with the booking.com snafu for our trip there several days later.  I would highly recommend if you're looking for charming , friendly, quiet but close to galway and oranmore.  The oranmore castle is nearby with limited access to the inside but access to the exterior and right on galway bay. (See sunset photo)

Such a treat to stay with these lovely hosts!

Peaceful home overlooking the golf course. Would have loved to stay more than 1 night. Comfortable room with balcony, nicely decorated with warm wood ceiling. Outside the door a tea/coffee table with snacks. Located toward the end of Renville Village Rd past the Galway Bay Golf Resort.

Great B&B outside Galway

Finding this location for us was best by GPS coordinates. The hosts greeted us with warmth & a helping hand with the luggage. Our room is wonderful, the bed is cosy, tastefully decorated & well stocked for our one night stay. Just outside our door is a buffet with teas & coffee. The view from our balcony is beautiful! Both the room & bathroom was very clean. Mel & Claire had great suggestions for dinner, only wish it was open, closed for Good Friday 😏. A short walk from their B&B is a castle, the owners allowed us to take their adorable dog Rookie with us. Thank you for your hospitality!
