Our hosts were lovely, breakfast delightful, and rooms spacious and charming. Great bed. Shower had the strongest water pressure we have ever experienced in Ireland! Picture perfect grounds which I simply forgot to photograph and lovely view of grounds and garden from our bedroom window. Roses and lilies appear to be a gardening specialty. Ask for the room above the breakfast room and you won't worry about your footfalls at night. Piano in parlor! Lovely spot from which to visit famous music festival in Ennis.

Stayed here on the last night of a 5 day bike tour along the coast from Kilrush to Doolin. Lovely room, comfortable bed and great shower. The host was very welcoming and helpful with area information. Walked into town for good food and fun pubs. 

really nice welcome at the house, the location is around 10 min walk from city centre. Rooms are clean and tidy, spacious, bathroom consist from shower, breakfast is good irish breakfast or various options plus continental breakfast. There si a big place around the house, so you can easily park your car and feel really comfortable. I can recommend this place.

one night in Ennis

We found this B&B easily as the driveway was well signed at the road entrance.
We had an upstairs room which had a double and single bed in it. The room was fairly crammed and would have been better without the extra bed. There was no luggage rest and so we had to place our suitcase in the wardrobe to access it. Our only other alternative would have been to place it on the spare bed which I do not believe is good practice when someone has to sleep in it next.
The bed was not comfortable due in part to the thick plastic mattress  protector which creased and rustled with even minor movement.
The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I can not understand why B&B hosts do not replace pillows more often as they make such a difference to sleep quality.
The bed did have a top sheet which we really appreciate, and the window fly screens would be a real asset in the insect season.
The shower lacked any toiletries other than hand wash which is rare in these days, particularly as the price was cash only and at 70 euros is not cheap. I can therefore only rate this as an average stay.
The hosts were however most welcoming and breakfast was tasty and adequate.

Average B&B

Made reservations several months in advance for this B&B for 6 nights. We arrived from a overnight flight from US and after searching for almost a hour to find it (with GPS) no one was home or answered the phone. We left and came back later and same situation. We had nowhere to stay. Terrible situation!
