When we arrived our room wasn’t ready but the reception staff allowed us to leave our bags in the luggage room. When we first entered the building we were greeted and shown where we needed to go to check in. Reception area was very welcoming, clean and staff very helpful. We were advised to come back around midday to check if our room was available. When we returned our room was ready, we stayed in a quadruple room. The room was clean and spacious, 2 bathrooms it was perfect for a group of 4 women on a birthday trip. The only downside to our room is that it was extremely hot however 2 Dyson fans were provided. Hotel is in an excellent location, we felt central to everything. Would highly recommend this hotel to groups as it is close to all the bars and only a short walk to temple bar. Staff very friendly and would definitely return to this hotel.
