The hotel is unmanned and you need a passcode to enter into the lock on the front door to get in.
I had a lot of trouble getting as the number on the website was wrong.

Even once I got in I could not figure out how to lock my door from the outside. I was quite afraid of leaving my stuff there in an unlocked room so I stayed in my room for most of one day and then just gave in for the rest of the trip!

The cleaning lady asked me to pay for my room in cash, which I found weird!
I thought I had paid online but I called and was informed it had not been processed online! But I didn't have that much cash and even if I did, I would not feel comfortable just giving it to the cleaning lady!
Ultimately, I called before I left on my last day to see what was happening, they said they processed it online.

Unpleasant experience! Trouble getting in. Asked for Cash!

We stayed in a downstairs room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom was ok for two people. Bathroom acceptable. Not every light worked.  Listened to rats or some other small animals scuttling behind the 
skirting boards during the night and can hear other guests in the room above. 
€20 per day for room cleaning is a con, when all they did in our room was empty the rubbish bin.
Fortunately, we were able to park outside without paying any parking fees (though finding meters in this area was almost impossible).
A short walk to a busy street with a supermarket and fast food. 

OK for one or two nights

.....We booked this place after looking at the pics .We thought it looked clean and modern .Take a look at my pics !!! This place is anything but . Bedding was clean but the actual bed stank . No headboards on the beds ,no TV. The rooms are  furnished with cheap nasty old tired furniture  . There is mould in the bathroom , it was dirty AND an elastic band around the handle to keep it in place .DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERTISED  PICS !!! They are definitely not to the standards they depict . This place is basic cheap and nasty .Not at all as advertised.Had to keep the curtains closed as you can see straight into the opposite room and vica versa. There was a horrible smell throughout the accommodation. I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!

Appalling

We stayed here during our travels in Ireland. There wasn’t any signage anywhere which made it a bit hard to find. When we got there in the afternoon there were still people in our room so we had to wait for a while until they came back and the room could be cleaned. 
The rooms apartments are quite old, nothing fancy but the heating was amazing, we used the stove and toaster for breaky and the bus stop into the city is very close. There’s also heaps of supermarkets and shops close by so the location is great.

Room was clean and comfortable! Towels, sheets and hair dryer were all included in the prize. Self check in was super easy and the staff was silently efficient. It was all basic, spacious enough, no luxury of course. But it all went well. The neighborhood is lovely: well connected to city center and to the airport. Tesco was close to the apartment and so were a few cafés. Check out the breakfast at Moda Cafè in Rathmines Rd Lower: so delicious! Hope to go back there soon.

Basic but ver comfortable

We were happy with what we paid, and what we got. Read the descriptions of this place, they seem clear. You get what you pay for: good value, cheap accommodation, a 10-minute walk to the main road in Rathmines then 10 minutes on a bus into the city centre (very regular buses into town). We had a 72-hour 'Leap' travel card, which we used a lot. Apartment was small but clean and cosy, fine for a short stay, and in a quiet square. Recently (but cheaply) decorated and fitted out. Cooker, fridge freezer. Helpful staff (contacted him by text) providing e.g. more pillows and a couple of 'tea towels' when asked.
Kitchen was a bit... cramped. But okay for breakfast/simple meals. No sofa as mentioned in the blurb, so nowhere really to sit in the small flat, apart from the dining table. Check-in ended up being a little confused: I let them know by calling, then we just arrived, keys in room, but host didn't seem to know we were there, texting me again, etc. A bit of noise very early one morning (3.45am) from the adjacent flat - we were downstairs in one of the basement flats. Radiators a bit tricky to control.

Cheap, clean, ultra-no-frills value accommodation

Stayed 2 nights. Spotlessly clean, large room on ground floor. Very quiet. Great neighborhood. Mattress was a bit lumpy but apart from that it was great. Resident cat was very friendly and greeted us every time we went in or out!

Highly recommended

We booked an apartment here for 4 of us to stay in. We arrived around 1:30pm expecting to just drop our bags off and spend the day in Dublin for our anniversary. As soon as we opened our room we knew instantly we did not want to stay there. The bathroom smelt of damp, the kitchen was dirty with dust on every shelf, the windows all had broken handles to open them and they were all shut in 25+ degrees, the floors were in horrible condition and the ceilings had black stains over them. The fridge/freezer also had food debris all inside. I wouldn't even let me dog stay there it was horrible.

This was booked through booking.com and pictures on the website looked nothing like what we booked. We wouldn't of booked the apartment if it looked like that in the pictures. 

We rang booking.com to complain saying all of the above and we didn't want to stay there. They contacted the manager and he said he was going to come down to see what the issue was. We took our cases and sat outside waiting. We waited and waited and the manager never turned up. We rang the number that you get sent your apartment keycode from and a guy answered. We explained everything again and he said that the cleaners haven't been yet. This was not true because the sheets had been cleaned and there were new towels on the beds. He said he will speak to his manager and ring us back. At this point we were ringing around hotels to book so we had somewhere to stay.

We found a hotel in the center of Dublin which was lovely, but we still haven't heard anything from anyone about the apartment. We rang the guy back and he said that the manager will offer 50% refund only. We were not happy with that because the place was unsanitary, unsafe and it was falsely advertised. He said he would speak to his manager again and get back to us which he didn't.

We left it for a day or 2 because we wanted to enjoy the rest of our break. When getting back home we decides to accept the 50% offer just to forget about it and still weeks on we haven't had a single penny. We keep.on getting told 'in a few days' but still nothing. They have guilty written all over them.

I would not recommend these to anyone because they clearly don't care about their customers and all they want is your money.
