This is our 5th visit to Puri Sunia Resort. Our Room was upgraded as a curtesy. Welcoming drinks were lovely and porters were keen to show their strength in taking our bags to and from reception area. Amenities are excellent and both pools kept very clean. There is a la carte breakfast a wonderful start to the day. Plenty of activities on site and off (yoga, trekking, making offerings) to keep you entertained if you want to stay in. Thank you for such a wonderful, relaxing stay! Your resort provided the privacy, serenity and seclusion that we were seeking, whilst still been close enough to access all the wonderful restaurants in Ubud central. (Complimentary shuttle six times a day much appreciated) Staff were always very friendly, accommodating and attentive. It was also a pleasure to meet Ben, the general manager who personally introduced himself to us. Ben is wonderful and it is lovely to see him at the face of the resort being so involved and friendly. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options and the complimentary afternoon tea (daily). I can highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting a more authentic Balinese experience well away from the usual touristy chaos of Seminyak and Kuta. Overall, a most relaxing 10 days away and the perfect way to hit the reset button again!
