We stayed at this hotel only for 1 night because we were interested in visiting mount Bromo. For this purpose, I think this place is a good deal, given that the price is affordable and it's a bit outside the chaotic Malang city. So if you are not interested in visiting the city, and your sole purpose is the Bromo tour, I recommend this place.
The guy at the reception was very nice and friendly, we had a lot of questions and requests and he helped us in everything. Once we arrived we arranged their Bromo Tour package, which is around 600.000 IDR per person. I have to say the experience is great and totally worth the money. You need to have in mind the Jeep will pick you up at 00:30am, so better to do a early check in to have some rest before exploring mount Bromo. 
The tour they offer for the Bromo visit is great, you see the sunrise with amazing views to the volcano, then you get closer to the volcano and you can freely explore around it and climb to the fuming crater. Amazing landscapes and visit overall.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, they have hot shower and free functioning wifi. If you want to eat something outside restaurant hours, the staff helps you to arrange some delivered food. 
We didn't use the pool although it's surely good to decompress after Bromo tour,and water looked very clean.

Comfortable place and friendly staff at good price

I stay it for one night with my cousin and my sister. we decide to choose this place because it is calm and try another quiet sensation in Malang.  This place actually quite far from the center of the city but its quite close to the train station.  We rent it  1 room for 3 beds. Our room is on the 1st floor but for the bigger and exclusive one in 2nd floor. After we arrived right there, we decided to try the swimming pool. It has an amazing view from swimming pool that we can see Sumeru mountain from there. 
Our unforgettable moment when my sister woke me up at midnight because she arranges wrong schedule for our itinerary. It supposes to be we will go to the Bromo in the next day, but she just realized the man from travel agency tried to pick us in 3 a.m to go to Bromo. I am really confused at that moment, but we can't miss that schedule. So we ask the driver to pick us up at the hotel at that night and we sacrificed our chill out time in that hotel and do the check out later after comeback from Bromo.
I just call the hotel when I already in Bromo, that I asked the hotel service to check out our room and pack our things. And after we come back from Bromo, we want to rent the room in this hotel. But they said they already fully booked. However, they packed our things really nice and neat. The hotel service is really good and their employees are very kind to us. Very unfortunate can not book this hotel for the second time at the time. But maybe someday I will try their service again.

Recomended place for chill out and far from  the hustle and bustle of the city

I stay in this hotel for one night with my sister and my cousin. I decided to try this hotel because Its located on far away from the crowded place and one of the hotel which has a swimming pool with affordable price.  We booked one room with a triple bed, The room is clean with small bathroom. After arrived, we decided to try the swimming pool because we are very excited with the view from the swimming pool which we can see the natural beautifull of Malang city with Mountain behind us. Unfortunately we didn't try the breakfast because we got loss of schedule with need us to go to bromo before the breakfast time. When we tried to book for 2nd night, the hotel are full until new year.Their staff are very friendly, they helped us to pack our equipment which we don't have time to do it.

Quiet, affordable and Friendly staff

My parents planned to bring our nephew and niece for vacation in Malang. We were looking for an accommodation with swimming pool, so we can have some swimming. I was initially looking for some hotels, and also studying the TripAdvisor reviews. But suddenly, my brother recklessly choose this hotel without asking my input. He choose this hotel because of review given by my cousin about this hotel. 
Upon looking about the review of this hotel from previous guests, I suggesting to look for another place, but my brother insist that the down payment have been paid, so we cannot move elsewhere. 
So there we goes, going to this hotel, which turned out to be located far out from the city center. And if it's not enough the main road that leading to it is prone to traffic jams as trucks and lorries always struggle to climb the gradients. 
Upon checking in, we were greeted by the news that the room that we have booked, had already been taken by someone else. The receptionist's error put us in trouble. After long debate, we eventually settle in our room. Me and my brother stay on the upper floor, while my parents had to stay in the cheaper room as my mother cannot climb upstairs. 
The facility have decent cleanliness, the swimming pool is also satisfying too. Although the occasional presence of large spiders made my brother tremble in fear. The shower room is slightly smelly, and when we were having shower, we could hear the shrieking noise of rodents on the ceiling. 
The view that they promised were only available in early morning. You can see mount Arjuna in the distance. But beyond that, you would not be able to see everything as the cloud will cover everything in the distance. 
The check out was also troublesome as we cannot use all of our credit cards as their EDC equipment were all seem to be in trouble. 
Despite of the decent cleanliness and facility, as well as cheap price, I don't find this place worthy of staying unfortunately.

The Best Review I Can Give About The Place

I was there for a group holiday so we also got the buffet lunch and dinner and paid extra. The room amenities are fine but cleaning of the rooms can be improved and would benefit if they had a small fridge in the room. I really like the pool which is clean and has a nice view. The reception staff were ok but i have to applaud the friendly kitchen staff who worked really hard for us. This hotel is suitable for people who want to have a rest before going to a tourist spot. If you don’t have transport the location will be poor for you.
