Great place to see all three mountains. 
Mt Batur, Mt Abang, Mt Agung. 
Awesome verandah for sunrise view
Kintamani accomodation is fairly simple and most food is local food. 
Food was good Beer was cold
Room and shower were good.
We bring our  Smirnoff ice and black jack as you won’t find it in Kintamani

Amazing views for sunrise

This place has an amazing view to Mount Batur and Lake Batur.   It is on the road where the trucks are passing for transporting sands and other materials.  Sometimes we can hear the roar but only on working hours (morning to eary evening).
The road is quit a challenging form some with poor driving skill.  This road is not suitable for easy cycling (unless you're a pro).
It offers big room which need maintenance in some areas.   The main issues in this place is the humidity which cause many walls are peels off.
Bathroom almost as big as the room itself.   Intalling URINALs on the bathroom would be good for male since it still has plenty of space.   Urinal would help male not to pee on the floor hence reduce pee smell in bathroom.
This place has unique restaurant called The Kayuan.   it is very instagrammable.
Food and drinks are so so, but better than most of other place in this area.

Big rooms with need of maintenance

We went to this hotel when we were in Kintamani on 21 of June 2020. We paid with the visa card for one night.
The owner was tried to charge us 2.5% for using visa, %which should be paid by the merchant to the bank and not by the customer. 
After an argument we did not paid the surcharge. 
As soon as we entered the room we noticed that it was dirty and run down.  The bathroom is only separated by a half wall from the room so the smells will go to the room.  
You have to climb 3 high steps to enter the bathtub, and are very unsafe.  Hot water did not arrive and the owners told us that it takes 10 minutes to get it, so it was, but it was only lukewarm and in Kintamani the weather is cool and there is a need for hot water.  The pressure was really low, there was really no pressure and by raising the shower head the water almost stopped .  The top that covered the water tank to flush the toilet was broken in two but left there.  We opened the closet and looked at each other in disbelief, it seemed it had not been cleaned and dusted for years, I would say very dirty, they should be embarrassed and ashamed to offer rooms in this state and instead they get very upset if customers complaints and this what happened. We complained to the owner and the reaction was as  follow: she said that this is Indonesia what would you expect and we should open our own hotel to be happy, if we want everything clean, hot water and everything else that we need and we should stay at home so we will be happy so don’t need to go around complaining about the activities of others, all this not in a low voice but shouting.  
After this we decided not to stop, and she said she didn't want us to stay in their hotel.
We asked for a refund.  We have been told that if we had the intention of writing a bad review, she would not give us a refund, at this point we said that we would not do a review hahaha.

There is more to write then this but i think this is more than enough

Anyway we have received the due refound.  The owner in question was a “lady” who was truly rude and without manners and had no idea how to run a business.  We have just read the reviews that appear in Agoda and are all negative with the exception of one. 
This place should close down


The worst place We've been 

One of the most peaceful places I've ever stayed, this is a must if your in Bali. It is a family owned business, with simple but beautiful rooms, and the view is breathtaking. The food in the restaurant is also amazing. Hospitality out of this world. You will feel like family. You can also arrange for transport and tours to Mt. Batur and the hot springs. There is not much to do in the area at night, so bring some cards and possibly some alcohol. This trip was my honeymoon so it was perfect for that. Suan and his family even made a bonfire for us. I will continue to come back for sure and I recommend it to anyone that wants to chill and relax. It can get a little cold at night so bring a jacket and long pants.

Batur mountain View stay

We stayed at Batur Mountain View for 3 nights and were blown away by the spectacular views of Batur, Mt Agung, craters, lakes and surrounding areas of Kintamani. 

The hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable, made us feel very welcome and we invited us to experience true, authentic, Balinese culture. The food was amazing, fresh and so many options to chose from. 

We originally planned to do the sunrise trek up Batur but changed plans due to being 6 months pregnant. The sunrise from the hotel ended up being equally breathtaking. Lots of other activities to do in the local area and can be booked directly through the hotel for a great price; natural hot springs, waterfalls, guided tours through some of Bali’s biggest temples. We will definitely be back to stay again and do the trek as everyone raved about it. 

A must got Bali exploring!

Good place to view the mountains and Sun rise.   A little bit noisy due to roads traffic.

When we arrived, they didn’t have the room we requested and gave us a free upgrade to a superior room. That room was clean and had an amazing view. The staff were friendly and took care of us. We had gado gado for dinner at their restaurant and it was excellent.

The best part of staying here was the trekking. We did the long trek. Our guide, Mavid, knew the best trails and spots to get away from the crowds that do the sunrise trek. On the way up, we were pretty much alone on the trail. He found us a spot where the ground was warm to keep up warm for the sunrise. And, I’m kind of afraid of going down steep trails, so Mavid provided us with walking sticks and held my hand through all the difficult stops. He is from a local village and was able to explain the history of the eruptions at Mt. Batur. And, on the long trek, the views are incredible and not crowded. We didn’t take the paths that everyone else took. It was a great experience.

We only stayed one night, it was worth it for that night and the trek.

Very good moment for visiting bali,  take some tour to kintamani.  On the way to kintamani you can stop at Sekumpul waterfall,  and than Ulundanu batur temple finally we can get lunch at batur with batur Mountain view,  amazing great

Every one so friendly and help full, a girl (i dont know the name) was so help full during our stay, so nice for rest, the room was so good and i just wake up with the view of mount Batur outside my room

Feels like home

The toilet seat was broken. Not all the menu items were available. Had a bad smell. The staff was friendly, however.
