This is my first stay at Neo Cirebon

Parking lot is very limited, parking lot is in front of the lobby. when parking is full, you can't drop your luggages in front of the lobby, security will ask you to park at the sideroad, and they will bring trolley there. If you bring children, it will be too hassle and not safe, since you have to watchout for children and monitor which luggages that need to be taken to the trolley.

Stayed at room 519, the aircon is not working, the room still feel hot after turn the aircon for hours. Finally ask the technician to check. They clean the aircon and fix it for quite a long time. Not long after that, water started to drop from the aircon, because it's already late, i asked for water bucket. And all night long we can't sleep because its too hot. We are accompanied by the sound of the water falling to the bucket. They should have checked or change to new aircon before giving us that room.

Overall the bathroom and bedroom are not too clean. Looks like they don't take care of the hotel very well. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. 

Dissapointed

Nice clean hotel, room not too spacious but okay. Security vallet was excellent, since it has a small parking area. Decent location if you are driving, so far didn't find something interesting nearby if we want to walk around. They provide a jug in the room so you can filled it with mineral water from the alley.

Good Decent hotel in Cirebon

Their staff are very welcome, the room all tidy, and the location nearby the best culinary in town. Good luck Neo Hotel Cirebon. The room is quiet spacious for 1 person. Would love to come back for long stay period, start from 6th floor you will see beach area.

Good experience for trip stay in hotel Neo Hotel Cirebon, good attitude for services, nice place, easy cekin in with out any problem, and this location only take 18-10minutes to central city cirebon.

This hotel it's very good at cirebon area, near with railwaystation, room very good clean and good view in 5 floor, for the service it's very excelence expecially miss victoria and miss friska, for all staff very humble and friendly.
For the breakfast it's very delicious because very lots of choices.

Good hotel

This is my first time in Cirebon, choose these hotel bcoz i've stayed in Neo Surabaya and it was pleasant. In my point of view as an hotelier,  My comment for Neo Cirebon is need to improve their bedsheet, towel and pillow case cleanliness. AC swing also need to be repair. TV remote is not user friendly, bit confused how to operate. Plenty of choices of breakfast menu is a plus, better get early time for breakfast to avoid crowd. HK and FO Reception are friendly. Thank you Neo Cirebon.

Best service, good ambience, good staff, good room, clean room and bathroom, if you can stay at high level you can get sea view, so nice. 

Good idea for stay, if you at Cirebon city, well done and well experience

Breakfast is nice, many options for the menu, food taste are okay, and restaurant staffs are extremely nice and helpful, good place for transit.
Rooms are okay, but ocean view is partly block by the neighbor's building.

Very good hotel in Cirebon, near the sea, and the staff is very polite to the customers, its very good hotel, recomended if you want to stay in Cirebon, The price is confortable for the backpackers...

Neo Hotel Cirebon

The hotel location is near to Cirebon City Center. 15 minutes driving max to the Cirebon’s main culinary attraction.

There is a security team that will vallet your car if the parking area is full. The hotel staff were nice.

The room is clean, and it is enough for small family. The room view is great, you can have mountain view (Mt Ciremai) or Ocean View (Java Sea). The amenities is standard. But it seems some of the glass is required to deep clean. 

The breakfast is good also, the food choices is many. From western to local (Cirebon) food. The taste was good also.

Room service is also reasonable price.

I’m experience the water running slow in the morning (7AM - 8 AM) But it seems causing by all of the guest using the water at the same time. 

Overall i will reccommend this who everyone to looked for overnight stay ini Cirebon.
