Good location, near to museum angkut, jatim park 1 & 2. Resepsionis quite friendly, room not to "clean", towel hanger in bath room is to high. 
They serve breakfast too late and the food so so, dinning room very much dust make me feel itchy.

Just for transit....

The place actually was easy to find by GPS.
I have a lil problem when the first day i arrive to check in. 
But not too long, i can have my room.

It was said, it has pool facilities.
Yes, it does has. But It cant be used.
The pool was dried! I dunno whether its always in that condition or Just not my good luck.

Theres No sandal/flipflop was accomodated.
And the Hot shower, it was on-off. And not stabil.
Sometimes its getting really Hot, and it can be really getting cold.

The staff afterall was really kind.
The breakfast need variations though.
I have the same fried rice in 1st and 2nd day.


It was ok.

Okay, I have been travelling to some parts of the world and I have stayed in many guesthouses before so I think this hotel is a prime candidate for Gordon Ramsay's hotel hell.

First, the finishing of the room's wall was done in hurry. It looks like that someone painted the room as we checked-in in the reception area. Also the room which I stayed on was painted grey, it added the dull-iness of the room and could not added the mood.

The room itself has no independent or closed air conditioning system, but instead, uses an exhaust fan to ventilate the room. The fan was operated by a string attached to the switch of the fan. I got my nose sore up due to the cold air and I hae to walk to what seems a marathon race to turn off the fan.

Additionaly, somebody with a ducati with a 1100 cc engine with a modified exhaust (presumably the owner of the guesthouse) decided to play a little "music" with his ducati. Unfortunately, we found this newly invented music instrument as "ugly" and prayed that God would prove His existence by somehow jamming the engine of the bike.

But wait, there's more. Our group of three families were supposed to leave at 7.30 am to avoid congested traffic. Therefore, we were supposed to eat breakfast at least one hour before, or 6.30 am. However, the restaurant was opened at 7.15.. well, there goes our breakfast.

The price of 525k per night was a bit too expensive in my opinion. This is caused by the level of service provided. My suggestion is: change the linen (bed sheets), paint the room with a pastel colored theme, stop that ducati from running during the night, get a closed system air conditioning, and improve the water heater system.

Not what I expected

Not what I expected hotel in Batu. The room is so stuffy, no air circulation, no standart room facility, the hotel room is dirty, the bathroom is smelly, bad electricity,  but the hotel rate is very 
expensive. Not a
recomended hotel in Batu,
