It's a small hotel at a walking distance from the bus/train station. It's clean and the rooms are well-equipped. The receptionists are friendly and sell very nice eucalyptus oil.
The hotel has a good price/value ratio.

Very Good service and clean rooms , 5 minutes walkable distance from railway station and ooty bus stand, Dont beleive any brokers , take help from reception for tour planning then it will be useful to you.

We stayed there for 4 nights. Had a great time. We stayed at the super deluxe room. Room was spacious and clean. It had a balcony too. Bathroom was clean. Best part was 24 hrs hot water. But had to inform them before 20 mins as it took time for the water to heat.

For tour we booked mini bus packages from the hotel. It was very cheap and had a decent experience.
We ordered food from the hotel provided menu card of " the biryani house". Taste was good but price was a bit on a higher side. But there were no other good non veg restaurants nearby. 

We also booked a car for avalanche tour from the hotel. But the driver could speak Tamil only. So it was bit difficult to communicate with him. 

The room had lcd TV with Hindi channels as well. 

There were  power out sometimes but they didn't had generator or inverter. 

I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and family for budget options. 

Nice hotel to stay as a family or couples. 
They provided good service to us.
They can arrange a trip to travel entire Ooty.
They keeping the  rooms in clean manner.
They can provide the facilities hot water, Newspaper if required.

Although the rooms are small, this is a good hotel. It is located in the main area of Ooty. Ooty Railway Station is 5 min walk from here and so as the Bus Stand.Some Offices of Tour and Travel Agency are there. The main problem is that the hotel has no restaurant.

My Experience

COMFORT HOTEL

pathetic service, horrible management, only wants to mint money from customers. Do not book the room from this hotel bcoz this hotel is constructed on gutter, hotel stinks very badly, rooms are like match box, no drinking water. The moment its your check out time they turn off the light and close the water and they ask for extra money if u want the water even one minute after your check out. People never do a mistake of staying at this hotel
