As I’m a regular traveler, I have visited around more than 100 hotels till now , Hotel Hridey Deluxe delhi , has been Worst experience of my life ..

1. They do not provide  water bottle and shop they cost 30rs for normal water where as this is complementary given.

2. There is no privacy and door dose not locked after paying 1600 for one day also..

3. Staff behaviour is very rude, if you ask something they will ask tip in advance WTF ..

4. I had checked in at 8am due to some urgency and told also that I’m doing prior checkin but still next day they argued demanding 1day extra cost as I had checked in 8am .. so with very impolite fight .. I paid two day cost that is 3200 for just checking in at 8am ..

Please never visit this hotel .. also this hotel is available in Muslim majority area and all stall are Muslim only so they do everything as per their rule .. what they say you have to do .. so choose hotel as per your convinced .. I posted here so that no one else gets such horrific  experience as I got …

Worst experience at hotel hriday delhi

I stayed here on 28th Nov 2015. The hotel room was number 2. The pillow covers, bed sheets appeared very old and not that clean. The bathroom was not cleaned before giving it to me. There were used soap and shampoo packets in the bathroom. 
There was no telephone in the room.
Also, one tea, bread butter sandwich and a litre of water bottle cost 180/- rupees which was too expensive.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No words for bed i loved a lot and Hotel staffs are totally educated and best thing is that no need of any vehicles for new delhi railway station walking distance of just 3 minutes

Hotel hridey

Rooms were very damp & without any sun light which enhance more cold in Delhi now & they do not provide any room heater. They do not provide even daily newspaper. You are to wait at least 40 mins to get food from room service.  Cleartrip personnel should visit this type of hotels before recommendation at their site. It will only fetch bad reputation to Cleartrip.
 
              

Horrible Experience

Hotei is new , I came here first time due to another person,Manager provide good room with attached clean bathroom , Room is not big but look like very attractive.No noise no any disturbing.
I like Hotel Hridey Deluxe.I will come second time again.

NICE HOTEL NEAR NEW DELHI STATION

This hotel is located close to the railway station but in the middle of slums with people sleeping on the narrow paths. The room itself was clean to Indian standards. Not suitable at all for western guests.Backpackers with a tight budget may feel comfortable. The staff is very helpful. There is no breakfast room and the space in our room was very limited to sit and have the meals served in the room.

In the middle of poverty

Coming from a European background we found the location as well as the cleanliness of the rooms shocking. As our days were fully planned outside the hotel, we decided to bear it than move to another hotel. This hotel is for guests from the region who are used to such conditions. The staff was the best making every effort to keep you happy. The Air con can be switched off from the office and at 6am they did it once and did not repeat thereafter after I had a strong word with the manager. The bed sheets were stained and we found human hair on it. The Blanket is without a cover and reused without laundering. There is no room to sit and have a meal. The room service is good. The breakfast is just enough to get the day started.Cockroaches come out from nowhere and you should keep your toiletries zipped during the night. There is no warm water in the shower which needs a good cleanup. This applies to the complete hotel. I doubt that even one of the staff had ever seen a Hotel school nor had any training in such. Ideal for backpackers on a tight budget. We overpaid the room compared to the star classed hotels that you can book after arrival for much less.
