Very nice hotel to stay everytime. Always preferred this hotel because of their excellent service and staffs. Location is so nice to communicate with all important places like Church, Bus stand and Market etc. Restaurant was so good and the food was delicious.

One of my favourite Hotel 

The rooms are clean ans facilities are good, the room tariffs are also decent. Ample car parking space. The new big church is right behind the sea gate hotel. Their restaurant served good food. The staff is very co operative and attentive. The location of the hotel is 10 mins walkable distance From Main velankani church. Overall nice and location also good.

Nice experience...

Superb place to stay with family and friends. Good staff and management   are so nice. Walking distance to all important places like market, bus stand and Churches. Definitely recommended to every one who needs good accommodation and food. Nice place

Nice Hotel

We had been to the hotel during off season so, the rooms were value for money I feel. The hotel staff is amazing everyone of them whom I met during my stay and they provided high quality hospitality to the guests. I will recommend this stay to my near and dear ones and will prefer to stay here for my future visits. The staff has so much warmth in them, they help guests in every way possible to make the guests experience pleasant in Velankani. Thanks to each and everyone for the service offered. The rooms and restaurant food was hygienic too.

Nice hotel at velankanni

Very happy stay with this Hotel .They are offering good customer support and premium facilities at any time. Satffs are so polite and esaily approachable. Nice wifi connection with decent date speed which is good for your office work. Decent place to stay with in a budget 

Budgets friendly Hotel with premium customer service 

Such a good place to stay.. and very much near to church... the food wow 😱😱😱 we are addicted,simple and tasty and their services are all good... Rooms very neat and clean... we loved it ... worthy...Receptionist helped us a lot..very polite n helpful...I strongly recommend this place to a family whose visiting velankani...

Wonderful stay...

The overall stay was nice. The staff was helpful and ready to assist any time. I have visited with my family. Walkable distance to the church. Rooms very neat and clean. Ample car parking available. Food also good and sea food very nice. Overall very good.

Good stay 

One of the best service oriented property in velankanni. Such a nice Hotel provides  great customer service in a friendly manner. Staffs are so operative and very helpful. Facilities are good and meet in satisfactory in all dept. Good rooms with nice views.

Best service oriented property 

Pros:
The location of the hotel is very near to the church and Jesus statue. So it's very strategic. 
Food at the hotel restaurant is good. But no complimentry breakfast, you will have to pay for breakfast separately.

Cons: 
This hotel is not like how I expected. Well to me I found this hotel to be very much of like a budget hotel than a 3 star hotel (that's what I thought before visiting here). The room that we got was very dusty, we only realised it when we were about to sleep at night,  otherwise we would have changed the room earlier itself. The safe box wasn't working.
There were some issues with the shower as well. Also, the room door wasn't so strong and there wasn't any chain system inside the room as well.   Overall, the hotel room and bathroom was more of like a budget hotel standard for me. It just didn't give me the feel that I was staying at a hotel rather it was more of like some hostel/dorm.
Maybe those who are not expecting so much can stay at this place. Otherwise, better look for other hotel like Church View Suites which is right opposite of  this hotel. I think that would be better than this.  

Unpleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. The morning star Church is exactly behind and you can enter from the gate near the hotel. From the morning star Church you can walk directly to the main church which is a paved way and no vehicles.  Seagate has a restaurant which serves good food. Room service very fast. The toilet was very neat and clean. Overall pleasant stay for the price.
