We stayed for a day at the Hotel. The stay was good. Comfortable. Bed and linen was clean so was the bathroom. The staff was also good. We tried the TV but did not work, not properly kept or maintained. Other wise it was good. The bed was bid hard but as we stayed for a day it was fine,

The room was spacious with an attached living room and kitchen. The reception and house keeping are good, Location good and calm. Breakfast is average. Even the A/c, fridge and furniture were old and creaking. overall experience is wonderful.

Book Hotel Treebo Tree Jasmine through booking.com and rooms are pretty good. One bed room and one living room were given by hotel. It gives a feel of home stay. Food was really nice. All hotel staffs are very supportive and quick in their service. Location of hotel is good, groceries, restaurants, medical shop is nearby.  In all nice and good stay for family.

We were group of 7 adult and 2 kids, I would say we had a great stay, very spacious rooms with kitchen and living room. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rates are very reasonable considering we booked during Dussehara time.
Overall its a thumbs up for me.

Friendly management & staff a real help with good heart to assist the guests. Really I don't have words to express and it is a happy stay. The way they received us wonderful. Though it was a sort stay of 12 hours it is memorable and love to visit again soon.

Good value for money, responsive staff, basic amenities were good, price was reasonable and it's a great location to be in Mysore away from hustle bustle....quiet and calm locality. Breakfast is free and sufficient. AC rooms are bonus.

Excellent location and decent rooms. 
 We felt we are staying out of cityc crowd even though it's close to all the attraction in Mysore Service quality can be improved. Also  bathroom maintenance is below expectation 

The rooms are very clean and service is very good. with 24 hours security availability of hot water is also some extend stable for  a long stay this apartment is very good especially for families over all very good

Room was nice and spacious and also clean. However there was no power when we checked in and it was not supposed to be there for next few hours. Electricity and water basic requirements and without that it is little difficult for anyone. Treebo guys confirmed that the power back up would not be started during day time which is a bit out of logic hence they charging the full fees for the room without providing basic service is unacceptable. hence i have rates their service as poor while that low rating is not because of bad room service but for missing of basic facilities. 

Property is nice but service may not be

Need to enhance the maintenance and cleanliness of the property rooms to meet Treebo standards. Treebo should ensure it periodically!!!
As the property is a bit far, we faced hurdles with transportation connectivity. You can develop business in this area also.
